GRANT PROGRAM

Our mission has always been clear - to encourage housing opportunities through community outreach, strategic partnerships, and meaningful education.
The Jacksonville Board of REALTORS® Home Foundation Grant Program aims to help local nonprofit organizations with funding for specific programs/projects that serve Onslow County by assisting low - and moderate - income families with their housing needs, educational programs to increase housing opportunities, and emergency disaster relief.
REALTOR’S® RELIEF GRANT
This program helps members of the Jacksonville Board of REALTORS® who have suffered a significant personal loss, such as, but not limited to, an illness or the impact of a natural disaster. This fund would help with medical costs or financial assistance for day-to-day living expenses when unable to work.

INDIVIDUAL GRANT PROGRAM
This program offers grants to individuals whose housing needs have been affected by illness, weather, or other personal tragedy. Applicants who are not selected may be considered for other funding opportunities throughout the year.

SENIOR SCHOLARSHIPS
This program helps members of the Class of 2026 who are graduating from an Onslow County high school take the next step toward their future goals. The scholarship is designed to support seniors, whether they're pursuing a four-year university, community college, associate degree program, or a skilled trade or certification program.
